Alex, Since the NCSA one is so close to BSD, why not just choose BSD? With either one, you can fill in the name of the copyright holder.
Just a reminder, one of our goals in offering a limited set of licenses is to help cut down on the tower-of-babel situation where other developers need to figure out 10 different licenses just to reuse OSS libraries to build an app. Choosing one of the common licenses is good for your project, and good for the community as a whole.
