OK, thank you very much. I'm now fully understand what is it for.

Some recommendations:
1. I'm look forward to use google's generic file hosting service, how
soon will it be available or you've never think of it?
2. Now I guess download in googlecode is for source tarball
distribution, isn't it? Give a warning when uploading file is a good
one: "Warning: uploading files other than source code will get
banned!"
3. Google docs doesn't have a type called chm and I do NOT want to
convert chm into pdf for uploading and the size limit for document is
too small, e.g. I always get docs larger than 500k.

Thanks again for your excellent work, I promise I will never use
googlecode to do file sharing things from now on.
