OK. I now fully understand what googlecode is for and I promise I will never use it again as file sharing platform. Thanks for your patient.
Some recommendations: 1. For docs, no chm type is allowed and the file size limit is too small. e.g. I always get docs larger than 500KB. 2. When uploading file to googlecode, a warning is good, e.g. "Uploading files other than open source project will be banned." 3. Is there any file sharing platform at google? I'm sure your guys will development one someday and I'll be happy to use it then.
