I'm not, I think it's stupid to modify the license in such a way that isn't preserved, nor is required to be preserved, from codebase to codebase. Also, when most people get their hands on that section they write permissions so poorly that they introduce restrictions on use. Warranty disclaimers often are thinly veiled field of use restrictions.
