If you read 5, it says that in reference to 7, which says:

And again, from 7: : "When you convey a copy of a covered work, you
may at your option
remove any additional permissions from that copy, or from any part of
it."

Again: section 7 is a pain.

And before you go all section 8 on me, which says:

But: 8 You may not propagate or modify a covered work except as expressly
provided under this License.

Remember that section 7, which again, reads:

"When you convey a copy of a covered work, you may at your option
remove any additional permissions from that copy, or from any part of
it."

Is provided under the license.

We can go back and forth all day on this, and I'm going to be able to
remove any additional terms from your work as I am allowed to do so by
section 7. That said, I don't think this matters , and you are welcome
to use google code and I hope you like it.

I think section 7 and the additional terms language is deeply flawed
and makes compliance needlessly confusing.
