Nope, no one is subscribed by default. Here are two ways to get notified of all issue changes in your project: 1. Set the all-issue-changes mailing list email address on the "Administer" tab "Issue Tracker" subtab. Usually people set that to a mailing list, and then you would subscribe to that mailing list and have the list archive there as well. 2. Add the RSS feed to your favorite feed reader. Click the "Project feeds" link on your project home page for details. Here's a power-user tip: We don't handle email replies sent via a mailing list, so if you want to be able to reply by email to any change to any issue, you will need to be CC'd on every issue. You can get yourself CC'd on every issue by (a) adding that to all the issue templates that will be used for new issues, and you can always remove yourself from the CC of any particular issue, or (b) set up a filter rule with a condition "-ThisLabelIsNeverUsed" which will match every issue, then set the action to adding yourself to the CC field.
