I understand it, but then that would mean that the results of each sub-round
must be declared before the beginning of the next sub-round to ensure if
someone has made it in one round they cannot participate in the next
sub-round.
(I hope the above was clear enough)

Do you think there is enough time between 2 sub-rounds for that to happen?
