that is not necessary, unless they are eager to know whether they are qualified for round 2 immediately after each sub round. They can participate for subsequent sub rounds, but their results in subsequent sub rounds will be ignored if they are already qualified in earlier subround. The only benefit for declaring result immediately after each sub-round is for those who cannot afford to make time easily for subsequent sub-rounds or initially not going to participate all sub-round if he unfortunately fail in earlier sub round. For those who are very free, and decided to play all sub rounds, early release of result do not affect them.
