You just need to apply on one of their job openings. It's usually a bunch of phone interviews, and if you are good enough on those, you get flown onsite for a final interview day, and if you are good on that one you get an offer. No need to have placed in the top25 of GCJ.
Of course, if you ranked in the top25 of GCJ, you probably would do great on most of the problems posed on the interviews. And having that in your resume would make it more likely to be picked up.
