hi I have been through what you are going know. Don't worry it'll take time before you get used to Linux/ Unix platform. We don't use any IDE on Linux based systems. On PC (Windows) Visual studio is probably the most widely used IDE by professionals however code-blocks is a good one for beginners. Cheers
