I also had the same experience. D didn't work at all BTW. Furthermore, I got Windows line-endings when I downloaded the inputs through the command line tool, and Unix line-endings (which I was expecting) when downloading through the browser. Did you also see this (it caused a minor issue with my solution to A but I fixed it within the 4 mins)?
