Possibly related: I used the standard web upload method, and there was a problem uploading B and C, but not A. (Didn't get to D. :-)
The issue was that after downloading the small input, it did not flip to the upload box, so there was no way to upload. The workaround was to click on the "quick start" link, which made the upload box appear. I reported this.
