Hi Hari - Your script worked fine for me with no changes. Can you post it here for future visitors of this thread? This way they can follow along.
When I initially ran your script, I was getting the error: *gdata.client.RequestError: Server responded with: 415, Content-Type image/png is not a valid input type.* What I realized was I was passing it the URI of the contact, itself. What you want to pass it is the URI of the *photo link.* * * Contact URI looks like this: http://www.google.com/m8/feeds/contacts/vinay%40ditoweb.com/base/21bfd78a6d8c68 Corresponding photo URI looks like this: https://www.google.com/m8/feeds/photos/media/vinay%40ditoweb.com/21bfd78a6d8c68 You should be able to get the photo link with contact.GetPhotoLink().href. Let us all know how that works for you, and don't forget to post your working change_photo() function for others to see.
