I've noticed that when I share a Google Apps document (in domain1) with somebody in a different Google Apps domain (domain2), the url they see when they access this document directly, lives in domain2. However, the document id in domain2 is not the same as the document id in domain1. Is there a programmatic way to obtain this document id for domain2?
