Sorry to harp on recent changes that we know are happening to the API,
but now they seem to extend to syndicated gadgets in an entirely
different way. It seems that about 50% of gadget loads are randomly
getting a new method of embedding the gadget.

Visit http://www.kalafarski.com/directions/beta/ and hit refresh a
couple of times. I've embedded the same gadget twice on this page.
Using Firebug, I can see that sometimes a gadget uses a new <script>
tag with source "1.open.gmodules.com/gadgets/js/rpc.js?
c=1&container=open" to serve a gadget, and sometimes it serves it the
old way in the original <script> tag calling "gmodules.com/ig/ifr".
Which method a gadget gets seems to be totally random.

The problem is that when the gadget uses the new embedding method, it
breaks _IG_AdjustIFrameHeight. Consistently, every single time, the
gadget is incapable of resizing itself.

Any suggestions? Dan, any idea if this is going to be rolled back if
it's found to break existing synd gadgets?
