Hi,

At this point, there isn't a major distinction between gadgets using
the legacy API and gadgets using gadgets.*. The legacy API, as it's
now implemented, is just a wrapper around the gadgets.* API. All
gadgets have access to gadgets.*, and functionality such as the
content-rewriter.
