Our very popular Gadgets; Bible Verse of the Day, at http://www.believer.com/outreach/versetoday.xml and Bible Verse of the Day - NIV, at http://www.believer.com/outreach/versetodayNIV.xml are NOT refreshing, this has been going on for weeks and we are losing users. The other day the problem seemed to be fixed but has immediatly returned. Please help us to fix this ongoing problem and restore our users. I have tried contacting the staff using multiple forums and author replies but have been unable to get any feedback other then other developers experiencing the same problems. I have checked the code using Gadget Checker and My Gadget (which will also not release the cache except to click on the link to verify the Gadget has been changing twice daily as it should). With as high as 400 thousands users we are getting quite a bit of email complaining about this problem. If I could get at least an email letting me know you are working on the problem or helping us to correct anything on our side it would be greatly appreciated.
