General Comment:
Hey Alan -

Yeah, I was considering just loading all of the eager singletons from the  
parent injector. The thing is though, currently nothing is eager after  
injector creation. I started a thread on our dev list here:

If we change JIT bindings to always be eager, then we don't even need to  
call the method as a part of child injector creation.
