Hi Jerry- The Flash API is fairly close in feature-richness to the JavaScript API - keep in mind that poly editing was only added to the JS API in May (at the same time that the API was launched). Before we had poly editing in the API, some developers just implemented their own editable poly functionality. That would clearly require more work on your part, but it is a possibility.
