Im sorry but I cannot locate the SVN repository for this project.
Could someone point me in the right direction.

As far as deciding where the markers are at.
Is this random? Or can you control regions for each marker and at zoom
levels?
Meaning could I define a South, SouthWest and a SouthEast region for
the United States and have my points fall within those defined
regions?
Or am I left to the mercy of a predefined or random grid?
