This is actually incorrect, the usage limits are for static maps and google web services. Google doesn't have a restriction on "sessions". Microsoft's terms is significantly worse. They are restricting access to their entire API. This means if you have a map implementation using bing and your site gets visited say 5000 times a day, you're going to need to get a commercial license. Thanks for bringing this to my attention however, I certainly would not use Bing now as an alternative, that is ridiculous.
