I believe the "mld" image server is no longer supported.  I reported a
SERVER bug identical to a bug in SVG.  The SVG version was fixed.  The
SERVER version still fails.  I cannot believe it could not be fixed in
under an hour.  I guess Opera users are too few to make a difference.
