As MZ describes, MySQL only can do MBR, but that's a good way to
eliminate most unlikely candidates, the rest you'll have to examine
yourself. If you have isolated polygons and circles, then the odds are
good that only one candidate will be returned, this one still would
have to be examined, but the processing will be minimal.
