Talking about GB and UK: The latest streetmap tiles now include the 
whole of GB, whereas the previous streetmaps only covered the UK part. 
Street level geocoding also now works for the non-UK parts of GB and 
directions work for some parts (e.g. Guernsey) but not others (e.g. Isle 
of Man).
