Im so sorry Marcelo !

I thought that the database would have a more practical and fast form of if
making this, however that this depends on not steady versions of the MySQL
and I cannot move at this moment for the Postgree or others xSQL versions.

The solution of the client-side is delayed and still I will have that to
make checks using the Googlemaps API for irregular polygons. (less
efficient).

Any skill satisfies me ! :-P

I ask for to excuses to all the members of the forum that had answered my
question, but if any have a client-side way to check this for a irregular
polygons, sends for me.
