I suggest you search the Group for information about UK postcodes.
There's plenty.

Licensing difficulties mean that Google only use the outbound part
(first half) of the postcode. While Google Maps and Local Search
currently work, that may well change in due course.

"99" postcodes are usually reserved for PO Boxes and the like, so BS99
7AR may not be the right location anyway, unless it's a *very* large
organisation whose data has made it to the Codepoint database -- BAe
may have done, I suppose.
