The only other such example that I can think of is Congo. Google Maps 
shows them as "Congo (Brazzaville)" and "Democratic Republic of the 
Congo". Windows Live Local calls them "Congo" and "Congo (DRC). Yahoo 
Maps call them "Congo (Brazzaville)" and "Congo (Kinshasa)". They were 
originally admitted to the UN under the names "Congo (Leopoldville)" and 
"Congo (Brazzaville)" but now the UN knows them as "Democratic Republic 
of the Congo" and "Congo, Republic of the".
