That looks like a bug in the documentation. Zero is actually used 
consistently for continents. E.g. "Europe", "Asia". ("Australia", 
"Antarctica" and "America" are considered to be countries by the forward 
geocoder. The reverse geocoder knows of Australia as both a country and 
a continent, with very different geographical centres.)
