I thought of a way to test LEVEL 9 theory. When I was a military
pilot, I there were NAV check points on the airport's surface. So I
fed in one of the airports. LEVEL 9. So in my view the hypothesis of
LEVEL 9 being registered GEOs has gained some credance.
