If you can't get your question answered on the GM API forum, I don't think any book is going to find the answer for you. There are a number of very knowledgable and helpful individuals on this forum whom, in most cases, spare no means in providing assistance, tutorials, and links.
For my own use, I have purchased a few books on JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Invaluable references. BTW, this is probably a good time to say THANKS to all the dedicated individuals that do provide not only daily but in numerous cases hourly support to this forum on a continual basis.
