wow that post was mangled and parts were left out even. I've yet to encounter a book which I didn't have to fix the examples from .... by hunting down all the latest changes on the web... (my boss buys these books) the process of book publishing is way too slow. I dont know that is the case with either examples mentioned in this thread but...
