Hello, >From my searching, I think I have determined that actual driving times based on traffic from two points connot be determined? Is that so? I am curious about the "up to # in traffic" blub that Google adds next to the estimated drive time? How do they determine that number based on traffic? Do they apply some sort of formula based on the length of the traffic congestion and the percentage of slow down? What I am trying to do, is write an application that can grab an estimated time WITH traffic but I am coming up short on how to get it? Has anyone solved this problem? Is it even solvable? I can't imagine there is no way to get a modified drive time based on traffic congestion?
Can I please get some advice from anyone with some experience on this topic or anyone with some alternative thinking on how to solve it? Thank you so much for your time!
