I have since removed the code, which is why you won't be able to see the error message.
It may help if I shed some light on our infrastructure setup further. We are using a content management system which consists of an internal staging server - this is where I can securely develop the website without anybody within the business (i.e. fellow employees) or externally (i.e. the general public) being able to see the developments. We also have an internal live server. When I am happy to go live with the changes I have made to the website on the staging server, I can then publish these changes to the website which sits on the internal live server. Following this publish, everybody internally will be able to see the new changes. We also have two external live servers. At the same time as I publish new changes to the live internal server, the two external live servers are also updated, meaning that the general public can now see the amendments that have been made live. The publishing process is completed using a deployment server, which synchronises any changes made to the staging version of the website, with the live versions which sit on the internal live server and the two external live servers. The problem I therefore have is that I need to work on the development of the maps on the internal staging server and then need to publish these changes to the live website. I am not able to directly develop of the live versions of the website, I can only do so on the internal- facing staging server. Does this mean that I will not be able to use Google Maps considering our setup? Many thanks for your help with this so far.
