I got all the tips.
Now I can do the same without the geo code of google.

Becoz. Kim Loong provide me the free USA zip code database
http://www.zipcodeworld.com

Now my problem is sloved, Now I'm using his datanase.

It works fine.
In this site the world zip code database is also available.
