We can't confirm anything, it is up to you to decide whether your use
is allowed by the Terms or not.  We can give you our opinions, but you
have to read the Terms for yourself and make your own decision.  If
you are't sure, you should consult a lawyer (most of us are't lawyers
or associated with Google).
