But more significantly, if you try to go to  http://www.uky.edu/ukfcu/ 
the page redirects you to  http://www.uky.edu/UKFCU/, and in the path 
part of the URL case is significant. [That's not a Google API thing, 
it's an Internet Standard. The domain part is case independent, but the 
Standards consider paths and file names to be case specific.]

If you registered a key for http://www.uky.edu/ukfcu then it won't work 
for http://www.uky.edu/UKFCU, and it won't even work if you type 
http://www.uky.edu/ukfcu into your browser, because of the redirection.

The safest thing to do is register a key for http://uky.edu
