I see nozoom:false in your code...dont you?

you can defined your own messagebox and hide it...or you can update to

Also,my map flashes twice before display and when I change my center
position it does not affect my map with the sidebar, only the
one that flashes at first.
If I understand what you are talking about the default behavior of my
GeoXml
is to zoom to the extents of data that is loaded you can disable that
with the option
nozoom:true
