I should imagine it doesn't work for many millions of people around the world, in fact. Do bear in mind it's only guesswork, by either service. One clearly has some resources that allow 'better' guesses than the other one. That may have something to do with "you get what you pay for". Luckily, you can choose which one you want to use.
