I know, there are lots of posts about this but cant help myself
(feeling wrong) so have to ask again.

Website contains google maps, all markers on it are for public use
(thats the point of project).
But clients that want to put themselves on a map have to pay some fee
for that.
Clients have to login to another page on a website and insert their
informations and also place a marker on a map.
Can map be behind login page?
All of that markers are publicly avaliable because clients pay to be
on map so everybody can find them.

Ive got answer that this is ok to do, by the Terms.

Whats bothering me is:
- if I charge for something I have to take care that service is
working
- google can shutdown service per Key as they like
- shaky business

"Premier" is an option but for a starter like myself its really not an
option (not now)
Any other options for "starters", JuniorPremier maybe? :)

You simply cant(maybe some humans can) say to the clients "yes, you
will be on a map for a six months" and after that "sorry but Google
shut it down"

I dont say that Google will shutdown my API key, but they can and you
cant charge your clients if you cant stand in front of that.

Is solution with some Agreement with clients maybe, explain to them
that this is not yours property so it can stop working anytime.
Or JuniorPremier.

any help, please
