You're asking for a guarantee that the world will continue to exist
tomorrow. Well, it's likely, but not 100% certain.
What if Google doesn't shut you down, but a meteorite falls on
Mountain View? What if there is an earthquake? What if aliens attack
and steal the internet?

The best you can do is, when a client subscribes for 6 months, don't
spend the money until the 6 months have passed, in case you need to
refund them.
You've already got opinions that the way you want to proceed is OK
with the Terms, but we are not lawyers here, so we cannot write the
legal documents between you and your clients.
