This is all good info! Thanks for your time to help me piece together
the solution for this issue.
We are a pretty large company and I just got the confirmation from our
IT department that everyone "internally" is going through a proxy
gateway. Which now explains us hitting the limit on that site. I've
applied the X-Forward-For header patch just for that request and will
monitor it for the next week or so.
