Bear in mind that if you are using a Google Maps app on your internal network and don't allow access from outside then you should be using a Premier key. That will *probably* remove all restrictions (you'll need to ask). 15000 over 24 hours is very intensive use. If you are spoofing an x-forwarded-for or are passing an internal IP address, it may make no difference at all.
