Grok, Not to be disrespectful, but sending me to a w3 tutorial isn't what I was looking for. I can do that myself.
Rossko, Let's just ignore the fact that I'm using Perl/CGI. What I would like to accomplish here, is to create a drop down box. Allowing users to make a selection and then updating the visualization. What I understand is that this requires some onChange callback when the selection is changed. This then triggers a XMLHttpRequest for the new set of data based on the user's selection. Then I can update the visualization as per his/her request. What I am not sure is exactly how to implement this. I'm almost sure I've seen this floating around somewhere on Mike William's tutorial or on Bill Chadwick's but I can't seem to find it anymore. best, Dan On Jun 16, 5:33 pm, Rossko <[email protected]> wrote: > > The GMaps API is a Visualization API.
