It would make me sad if we're violating their terms of use; I'll investigate that.
As far as the breakdown of postal code accuracy...I don't see the relevance to this discussion. The issue is that there are more than a handful of records that the Post Office says are deliverable, while Google Maps can't map it. However, as far as the spread of our data the PO said was deliverable vs. non-deliverable, we probably have 80% of our data marked as deliverable, and the other 20% as undeliverable. The addresses that I've manually checked also aren't of the ilk "3rd floor etc etc". They're just a vanilla mailing address. If the answer here is "Google Maps geocoding isn't perfect", that's a perfectly fine answer. Thanks for the help.
