Rossko - I understand your comments, and would like to respond by saying that my intention/desire was not to force anyone's hand with an injunction. I placed a call to Google earlier today and their 'recording' informed me specifically that although they do not control their listings of site content - but they do respond to legal injunctions. That was the reason for my comment, as clearly I needed a solution when one was not yet apparent. It is good to see that by bringing this to the attention of the group owner and Google, that you were both able to understand and correct the issue. I will also be more specific with contractors going forward. Thank you all, your help is appreciated.
