When I have gotten that message in the past, it has included a
"captcha" (or at least the ability to get to a captcha, I don't
remember at this point) to allow me to prove I was a human.

Two questions:
1. do you allow cookies?
2. are you doing a lot of full refreshes (clearing the cache then
reloading or Ctrl-Shift-F5 or whatever that option is in the browser
you are using)?
