I have multiple people reporting the blocked IP issue after they use
the Goggle Maps tool I have on my website that uses Maps API 3. Many
of them are connecting from home with Cable or DSL IPs. There is no
way to unblock them that I can see. Deleting cookies will not affect
the IP address and is it not the IP that is causing the problem?

My site is totally in compliance with Google Maps and there is not
even high volume there. The tool however does involve a lot of zooming
and panning on the Map. Will just mere usage of an integrated Map with
lots of zooming and panning cause this blocked IP issue?? I had
thought not, but not so sure any more.

Please help. Bring back the Captcha page at least so that people can
get their IP unblocked temporarily.

Users are blaming my site for their problems. I need Google's help.

Please help.
