I have deleted cookies, cleared out the cache and tried reloading.

It is working now, but for how long I dont know.  I guess the behavior
a
developer would have, zoomin in close and reloading the map and
refreshing
the browser is the exact behavior that google flags... interesting
business model
to get people to develop in your product.

I am very apprehensive that any users to the site may experience the
same thing
if they reload the page?  go figure.

I do not get any captcha screen whatsoever....
