At about 8:30pm our google maps started working again...indicating
that we were perhaps blocked for some reason.

We have four different domains with keys and they were all getting
this error message. I could have believed that one domain may have
had high activity of some sort, although this is not supported by our
logs...but not all four.

Obviously writing a handler for that condition is now high on our
list....however it is very curious and we would like to know what
caused it.

Do you know of any other conditions that cause this behavior?

Thanks, Vicky
