Gives me:
[ 0 ]: 79761 Waldshut-Tiengen, Germany (47.6533265, 8.2721269)
Which seems to be where the geocoder thinks that postal code number
is:
"Accuracy": 5,
"PostalCode": {"PostalCodeNumber": "79761"}

Accuracy 5 is "Post code (zip code) level accuracy."

Accuracy 4 is "Town (city, village) level accuracy."
